My name is Trice and I am the Founder of Mera Sundhara Healing.
My healing journey led me to my purpose and my passion.
I discovered my healing ability over 20 years ago and at the time I knew that I was meant to heal others, but I had no idea how that was going to unfold. I went back to school and became an RN, and for many years I served others through my nursing, but still I had this inner knowing that I was meant for a different path, for something more. Like so many people, I have experienced a lot of difficult and painful things in my life. I have experienced trauma of various types that left their mark on me, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and it was affecting every area of my life including my physical health.

Sacred geometry is the purest essence of everything around us, from the smallest of organisms to the vastness of the cosmos. It is a framework of mathematical shapes and patterns that exists all around us, in nature, physics, art, music, sound, physiology including DNA strands which are the building block of life. These sacred geometric shapes, structures, and patterns can be used to understand the interconnectedness of health and well-being.
But oftentimes, sacred geometry is invisible to us, yet it is the driving force in this universe. Each shape carries a powerful frequency that can have a profound healing and comforting effect on us. We can work with these sacred geometries and their frequencies to do energy healing that is potent and transformative.

What to expect: Each energy healing or focused sound healing session begins with a brief consultation to discuss wellness goals to allow optimum healing during your session. You will lay down or sit in a relaxed space, you will need a blanket, pillow, and water. You will be guided in a meditation to relax and ground you so that you will be ready to receive the healing that is meant for you, in a safe, relaxing, and compassionate environment. You will have time to integrate and ground and discuss your experience with your practitioner and receive feedback at the end of the session.
A new client intake form will be emailed to you at the time of booking your first healing session.
*For group sound bath experience there is no consultation prior to the guided meditation. Trice will tap into the collective energy of the entire group prior to guided meditation and will conduct the sound bath experience to provide optimum benefit to the group.

Sacred geometry can be used in many combinations to facilitate different types of healing depending on intention and needs of person receiving healing. Many issues and traumas require different sacred geometry combinations at different stages to facilitate healing. What combination is used depends on many factors, what type of healing is needed and how deep we are trying to go to access what needs to be healed.
Energy healing is a modality that lends itself beautifully to virtual distance healing. Due to the nature of this modality it is as potent and effective virtually as it is in person. This provides us the ability to do energy healing sessions with individuals that are unable to participate in an in-person session due to illness, or injury, distance, or other limitations. Virtual sessions are conducted over video conference call, we can also do a session over the phone if the client is unable to access video. The session is conducted the same way for both virtual and in person sessions.
The session begins with a brief consultation to discuss anything you would like to focus on, followed by instruction and what to expect. You will relax on a yoga mat or a low lounge chair as you experience a guided meditation that leads you into a state of relaxation and receiving, while you experience the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes, and other instruments. The session concludes with a brief discussion and the opportunity to ask questions about meditation, sound bath, and the instruments.
After the sound bath, there will be time to integrate and ground before leaving the studio.
Please bring additional items you need to lie down comfortably for the duration of your session, including a pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Book a Mera Sundhara Healing sound bath for birthdays, baby showers, home birth, staff appreciation, date night, bachelorette parties, retirement celebrations, holiday functions, or any other special gathering.
Private sound baths start at $495 for an hour-long session, pricing for sound baths is intended for groups of six people or fewer at your private residence or business. There is a $50 charge for each additional person above six. Pricing does not include distances greater than 20 miles outside of 30132. Please contact Trice to discuss pricing of additional milage.
