My name is Trice and I am the Founder of Mera Sundhara Healing.
My healing journey led me to my purpose and my passion.
I discovered my healing ability over 20 years ago and at the time I knew that I was meant to heal others, but I had no idea how that was going to unfold. I went back to school and became an RN, and for many years I served others through my nursing, but still I had this inner knowing that I was meant for a different path, for something more. Like so many people, I have experienced a lot of difficult and painful things in my life. I have experienced trauma of various types that left their mark on me, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and it was affecting every area of my life including my physical health.
I was carrying these things, along with a lot of self-limiting beliefs I had come to own as my truths through these experiences. I was loving and compassionate in my personal relationships and in my role as caregiver professionally but was not able to give myself the same love, compassion, and care that I gave others. I had put barriers in place in my personal relationships and was limiting my interactions with others so that I could feel safe, and I didn’t even realize it.
I had all of this unhealed trauma holding me captive inside myself. I had ended a horribly toxic destructive relationship and was trying to start my healing process and then my mom passed away. Her death threw me into the emotional abyss, and I was hospitalized within weeks of losing my mother. I soon started my healing journey in earnest and decided I needed to surround myself with support as much as I could. I was making progress in my healing, but I knew I needed something more, something that could reach deeper, something that could heal the symptoms and heal their root.
I found sacred geometry energy healing and decided to try it to see how it could help me. To be honest I was not expecting the profound healing experiences I have had through this modality. This modality has allowed me to experience extremely deep levels of healing in all areas of my life. I have healed my trauma, generational trauma, self-limiting beliefs, and fears that were affecting me in ways I had not realized, and it has allowed me to be fully present in a life I could not have imagined.
I decided to become trained in this modality because of my firsthand knowledge of how powerfully profound this healing modality is, and how it can truly transform your life in ways more beautiful than you can imagine. I wanted to be able to help others find the level of healing that I have experienced, so that they too, can be whole and not just live, but THRIVE! I very quickly realized that THIS is why I was born, THIS is my purpose, to help others heal in a profound way that can change their lives. It is my soul’s purpose and my passion to give hope, love, compassion and light into the world through healing others and helping them find their own light.

Accredited Certification in Multi Instrument Sound Bath therapy
I hold a degree in Health Sciences, and I have an RN degree with an active RN license
I am currently completing an accredited certification for Sound Healing Therapy for Neurodivergent Children
