Each energy healing or focused sound healing session begins with a brief consultation to discuss wellness goals to allow optimum healing during your session. You will lay down or sit in a relaxed space, you will need a blanket, pillow, and water. You will be guided in a meditation to relax and ground you so that you will be ready to receive the healing that is meant for you, in a safe, relaxing, and compassionate environment. You will have time to integrate and ground and discuss your experience with your practitioner and receive feedback at the end of the session.
A new client intake form will be emailed to you at the time of booking your first healing session.
For group sound bath experience there is no consultation prior to the guided meditation. Trice will tap into the collective energy of the entire group prior to guided meditation and will conduct the sound bath experience to provide optimum benefit to the group.
Please Note : Please consult your medical provider prior to booking focused sound therapy or sound bath if you are pregnant or have any of the following conditions: active thrombosis, active cancer (not in remission), hypotension, seizures, sensory challenges, have received a head injury within the last 6 months, or have medically implanted devices such as insulin pump, pacemaker, and/or defibrillator, implanted metal such as metal plates, pins, screws, joints. What combination is used depends on many factors, what type of healing is needed and how deep we are trying to go to access what needs to be healed.

This provides us the ability to do energy healing sessions with individuals that are unable to participate in an in-person session due to illness, or injury, distance, or other limitations. Virtual sessions are conducted over video conference call, we can also do a session over the phone if the client is unable to access video. The session is conducted the same way for both virtual and in person sessions.
The session begins with a brief consultation to discuss anything you would like to focus on, followed by instruction and what to expect. You will relax on a yoga mat or a low lounge chair as you experience a guided meditation that leads you into a state of relaxation and receiving, while you experience the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes, and other instruments. The session concludes with a brief discussion and the opportunity to ask questions about meditation, sound bath, and the instruments.
After the sound bath, there will be time to integrate and ground before leaving the studio.
Please bring additional items you need to lie down comfortably for the duration of your session, including a pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Book a Mera Sundhara Healing sound bath for birthdays, baby showers, home birth, staff appreciation, date night, bachelorette parties, retirement celebrations, holiday functions, or any other special gathering.
Private sound baths start at $495 for an hour-long session, pricing for sound baths is intended for groups of six people or fewer at your private residence or business. There is a $50 charge for each additional person above six. Pricing does not include distances greater than 20 miles outside of 30132. Please contact Trice to discuss pricing of additional milage.
